This was a hit at Christmas! I served it with a ham, mashed potatoes, and mac and chz, this was the most praised. A great addition to the traditional holiday meal.

My husband and I loved this salad it was easy and yummy. I didn't read the recipe before I made it so the avocados and stuff didn't chill together the called for length of time but it seemed to work none the less. We will have this again.

Thsi salad was amazing! My mom and I put it together and really enjoyed it. We actually used lemon chicken because we didn''t have any bacon, but it was soo good, I can''t wait to try it with bacon. Highly recommend this as a summer dish or even a meal.

This is a salad that I have actually had in my box of favorite recipes for several years. It is so good that I serve it as an entree, and sometimes add sliced, grilled chicken. The flavors and textures combine to entrance your tastebuds. I love the way you can actually TASTE each ingredient - the bacon really adds something to it. I highly recommend this recipe. It prompts many requests from your friends!
