So I'm still new at this whole cooking thing but I am a HUGE fan of recipes! I saw this and was so happy that everything i needed was already in the kitchen. I used chicken tenderloins in this and mixed it all up in my casserole dish. It was a little bit bland but overall a very good recipe. I'm sure in time once my cooking skills improve, this will become a better dish. I give it 4 spoons!

I have made this recipe twice before and it has always been very good. This time, I made it with the Velveeta Au Gratin potatoes and it was FANTASTIC! Also, with the cheddar cheese on the top, it was even better. Ridiculously cheesy=LOVE.

I was not in the mood to make dinner tonight. I was already on the website looking up recipes though. Reluctantly, I decided to try this one, which happens to be the first real recipe I have ever followed. It was so easy! My husband usually makes dinner. After he tried this, he said "I am sorry but you are going to have to make dinner all the time. It was delicious!" It was simple and the ingredients are probably already in your kitchen. However, not including the chicken, it may not be enough to feed more than three people. I also used fresh broccoli, which I thought would taste much better than frozen. It turned out well above our expectations!

This is a great recipe to make when your looking to dress up you chicken! I seasoned the chicken with garlic powder & season salt and added shredded cheddar cheese instead of the cheese slice and it was delicious! My whole family loved it and I love that it's made with ingredients I always have on hand! A+

I made this dish last night and it was great! My husband raved about it. I omitted the broccoli (I didn''t have any) and used shredded cheese and French fried onions on top instead of sliced cheese. I served this with some biscuits and tea. This recipe is a keeper!

This is a great pantry meal. I always have these ingredients on hand and it is super easy to make on those hectic nights. I mixed the potatoes and broccoli on the bottom of the pan ( I did not layer!) then topped it with seasoned chicken (sometimes I cut the chicken up and mix it in with the potatoes and broccoli.). I added the cheese in the last few minutes of cooking because we like melty gooey cheese. Please make sure that you season the chicken! It will be bland if you don't. As far as it coming out watery, I did have that happen once. I used a different au gratin mix and did not recalculate how much liquid to put in and added too much water. I let it sit for a bit to thicken then we got what we wanted out of the pan and I added corn starch to thicken it up. That worked like a charm so we spooned the sauce over our plated food and enjoyed our dinner. This is a great dish that can be experimented with to find what you like. Add different veggies, different meats, different spices, etc. This is a new staple in our house that my whole family loves.

Love this dish! It is really easy to make and very filling. Sometimes, I chop up the chicken and mix everything together and sprinkle cheese on top. This is a permanent part of my recipe rotation.

This was a very simple, and fast dish. I made a few changes.. I used fresh broccoli rather than frozen, and shredded cheddar cheese on top rather than slices. I would recommend to season the chicken before hand. Not bad for a quick meal.
