Cheddar just makes dinner better. This convenient ingredient combo can be on the table in less than an hour for family or friends!

Came out dry and mushy broccoli(use frozen). Was better off to make all ingredients separately. Very disappointed.

This was excellent, but I did things a little different. I used 2 boxes of au gratin potatoes and I just mixed the broccoli in with the potatoes. I put them in to bake while I cut up the chicken breast, seasoned & saute. When the potatoes were almost done I put the cooked chicken on top, sprinkled with shredded cheese and finished baking. My picky eater had 2 helpings it was tasty and we will be having this recipe again.

I made this recipe last night and my husband and I loved it! There were a few things I changed though. I seasoned the chicken with garlic powder, season salt and pepper. and let it sit for a few hours. I also covered the dish for the full 30 minutes and cooked it at 350 F instead of 400 F. Instead of layering I mixed the potatoes and broccoli together and then placed the chicken on top. Lastly I omitted the cheese slices and just sprinkled a four cheese blend on top. It turned out great. It was tasty and there were no left overs because it was just that good. I will be making this again very soon.

So I'm still new at this whole cooking thing but I am a HUGE fan of recipes! I saw this and was so happy that everything i needed was already in the kitchen. I used chicken tenderloins in this and mixed it all up in my casserole dish. It was a little bit bland but overall a very good recipe. I'm sure in time once my cooking skills improve, this will become a better dish. I give it 4 spoons!

I have made this recipe twice before and it has always been very good. This time, I made it with the Velveeta Au Gratin potatoes and it was FANTASTIC! Also, with the cheddar cheese on the top, it was even better. Ridiculously cheesy=LOVE.
