RE Inquisitive: Stir Fry Sauce is a dark flavorful sauce that is tossed into a stir fry or used to season meats. Many brands carry their own version of it and the flavor profile can change depending on the brand. I made this earlier, and it was fantastic! I left out the mushrooms, because I do not like them, and it turned out great. I definitely recommend this dish - it's easy, quick, and delicious.
