I made this recipe because I was interested in finding a new and "interesting" way of preparing fish. This was very easy to assemble and cook. I did add 2 crushed garlic cloves to the aioli recipe and that was great. The wasabi added a little flavor but not alot of heat so don''t be afraid of that. My entire family, including my 8 year old LOVED this recipe and I will be making it again for special occasions.

I followed this recipe almost to the letter. I grilled the Tuna on a 2 burner gas grill at about 400 degrees for exactly ten minutes. Served with cous cous primivera and wild rice pearl onion and cranberry pilaf from Whole Foods Market (served cold), and a microwaved sweet potato. baste the Tuna twice on each side while cooking. Note: our elevation is almost 6000 feet above sea level, so adjust your cooking time accordingly.
