Made this recipe yesterday and baked it for lunch today. I wasn't sure my husband would like it because there was no meat in it, but I was pleasantly surprised. He liked it very much! I made it without the red pepper, but followed the rest of the recipe. Was fluffy and tasteful. I will be making this for Easter brunch.
