This was so good! I had to use a bit more sauce and topping but maybe because I had more chicken? Anyway it was so good!!! I will make this again just as the recipe directed.

Amazing chicken! One of the best I've tasted! The only improvement would be to increase the amount of bread crumbs and peanuts, because the recipe barley covers four pieces of chicken.

I made this chicken dish the other night & it turned out great. Made my own peanut sauce & found a little sauce goes a long way as it over powers the chicken. I love soy sauce so I used it as a dipping sauce instead & I loved it. It's an easy & delicious recipe.

My husband doesn't like mayo so we prepared it just using the peanut sauce. It still turned out great and the peanut stuck just fine.

VERY VERY GOOD! I used Honey Roasted Peanut Butter. Gave it a little something extra.

Loved it! My husband said,"Its the best chicken you've made." The kids even asked for seconds. Sided with asparagus & fresh pineapple.

This recipe is fantastic! It's quick and easy & it tastes delicious! We've cooked it a couple ways our favorites are with rice and asian salad on the side or put the chick right on top of a salad. VERY YUMMY! One of our family favorites

Excellent meal. Origially used packet from store and when I had more chicken I pulled out this recipe. Just as good if not better than the stores. I used chicken broth instead of mayo to cut calories (wasn't easy, but it worked). And I used a shake & bake package to cut a time corner. I also added some extra thai seasonings.
