"This was a delicious recipe! We might have used a little bit more parmesan cheese than listed in the recipe because we sprinkled a little more on top once it was on our plates. Even my husband (who is worse than a kid when it comes to eating vegetables) loved this. We will definitely make this again!"

"I'm not usually a seafood person & this recipe is one of my favorites! I love this marinade! The flavor is the perfect compliment to salmon. Rather than using this as a marinade, I like to grill the salmon plain & then add the sauce once it is served up. (Doing it that way has also eliminated the need to double the recipe & it tastes just the same.)"

"This recipe was easy & delicious! My whole family loved it & we will definitely make this again. It has just the right amount of spicy flavor. I made my sauce with the ground cumin, Kraft Spicy Honey BBQ Sauce & Mae Ploy Sweet Chili Sauce & it tasted perfect!"

"This recipe was good, but I think the cream cheese flavor was a little strong. (Which I can't believe I am even saying...I LOVE cream cheese!!) My family really loved it though & we will definitely make this again. The only thing I would change is to add a little bit less cream cheese next time."

"This was really good. I made it with store bought alfredo sauce, but next time I would like to try it with homemade alfredo - I bet that would be even better! Like many of the others have said, I also could not find smoked mozzarella, so I used smoked gouda. We will definitely make this again."

"This recipe was excellent! It was not mushy AT ALL, was very flavorful & my whole family loved it. The only thing I did a little differently was season my hamburger with some seasoning salt - maybe that is why mine wasn't bland as some of the others have said? We will definitely be adding this recipe to the menu!"
