Oven-Fried Picnic Chicken
"Make this often with the bisquick but I use the bottled ranch dressing and have started using Italian bread crumbs. Family thought the corn flakes were BLAH...ALso if you spray chix on top with some oil or even a pat of real butter it won't be white on top. excellent and easy!!!! "

Crunchy Ranch Tuna Pasta
"Added a step...After I sprinkle the onions on top I put the dish (uncovered) in oven on 350 for a few minutes. The onions crisp up and the dish dries out a little so its not so saucy. . Kids seem to like it crispier!!!"

Quick Chocolate Chip Cookies
"First your times are way off. 15 minutes to make 10 minutes to bake! I used 1/2 reg sugar and 1/2 brown sgr. I used butter the first time and then saw someone used veg.shortening and tried that. Cookie was softer and not as hard. 2 1/4 cups of bisquick but you can go either way with this ...just get the right consistency. Not as good as regular choc chip recipe but kids and hubby ate them quickly. Will use it again and again!!!!"

Easy Salted Peanut Chews
"When grandkids and young adults dislike cookie recipe you know not to make it again. However I redid it and used semi-sweet chocolate chips and cut the marshmellows down to 2 1/2 cups. This time everyone liked them and they disappeared real fast. Other recipe is to much peanut butter taste. Also tried it with Betty Crocker chocolate chip cookie pouch and it was as good if not better."

Harvest Beef Stew
"Everyone really liked this. Started it on stove and then after browning and mixing it together together moved it to crock-pot as I had to leave . Left it on H for three hrs. then low rest of time. It was so tender and delivered bowls to neighbors who all raved about it and asked for recipe. Made my day!"

Pumpkin-Spice Muffins
"The easiet recipe for this is use a spice cake mix(dry) add one can of pumpkin mix it up and bake it It will be stiff!. Use either muffin pan or loaf pans. 350 degrees till toothpick comes out clean. You can add raisins, nuts whatever but my grandkids make this and use a canned icing to top it off. delicious"
