"Question....I haven't made these bars. They look yummy. Where do I find chocolate covered cahews and candied pecans?? I have a recipe for glazed pecans, is that the same? Love recipes like this that start with a cake mix. Have tried many of tbe poke cakes, they're great."

"Haven't tried it yet, but if it's anything like the other Betty Crocker poke cakes, I'm sure it's yummy. Can't wait to try this one. They look so elegant and yet they're so easy to make. Haven't had any trouble with any of the ones I've tried."

"These are absolutely delicious. I used BUTTER in the crust...my friend used margarine....big difference in taste. I noted in my recipe to use butter, no substitutes. I used chopped english walnuts. I'd rate this recipe 6 spoons! It's easy to prepare and a wonderful change from the chocolate, peanut butter, caramel bars. Took to a pot luck & had raves and requests for the recipe"

"I would give this recipe 6 spoons if I could! My Mother made Bisquick shortcake and I use it too. It's wonderful. I use milk instead of whipped topping or ice cream. The shortcake absorbs the milk and the juice from the strawberries,it's out of this world!"

"I have used Bisquick for years (so did my Mom). It is a wonderful product. The pancakes are the best I''ve ever eaten. These are some of the things I occassionally add: Cinnamon, Baco''s, chocolate chips, pecans, blueberries etc. I vary the toppings to go with the pancakes. Applesauce on cinnamon pancakes makes a wonderful Fall treat....Maple syrup or sliced bananas on pecan pancakes....warm blueberry sauce & whiiped topping on blueberry pancakes."
