Slow Cooker Swiss Steak
"My husband has gout in his feet and is unable to eat beef. So I used a boneless pork roast instead and used the rest of the ingredients you have listed, only I used low-sodium vegetable juice. The meal was delicious - it's a keeper, I'll be making more often. Thanks for sharing! "

Impossibly Easy BLT Pie
"My husband will not eat any food containing store bought Mayo. He says it contains too many chemicals and that ruins the taste. So I have to make Mayo in my blender and I keep a jar of it on hand. OR if I'm in a hurry, I'll use Ranch dressing in place of the Mayo without him knowing it and he doesn't notice the difference. The seasonings in Ranch dressing are different than what they are in Mayo. This was a great tasting dish and I'll make it again and again. Thanks for sharing.( I've been making your impossible easy pies since you first offered them many years ago)."

Blueberry-Cherry Coffee Cake
"This was an expensive cake to make because of the cost of the fruits...BUT it was well worth it. I'll be making it again."

"I doubled this recipe tonite for dinner and there isn't a crumb left. Everyone enjoyed it, even those people that don't like Mexican foods. "

Grilled Pork Tenderloin with Pineapple Salsa
"Very tasty recipe. But I didn't use the salt because I'm on a low-sodium diet and I used sugar-free orange marmalade instead of the regular. I will make this again and again and again."

Blue Cheese Dip with Vegetables
"When I made it the first time, I found that it needed something to spice it up. Being on a low-sodium diet, I had to be careful what I added. So I added 1/2 tsp. Chinese Five Spice and it tasted much better the 2nd time I made it. There is zero sodium in this spice and it can be used in other recipes too."

Grilled Pork Tenderloin with Plums
"Because there are only two of us, I cut the recipe in half, except for the marinade. I put the tenderloin into a zip-lock bag and poured the marinade in and put in refrigerator for 1 hour. Then I put the tenderloin a 8x8" corning ware pan, poured the marminade over the tenderloin and baked it in a 350 deg F oven for 25 minutes. Then I brushed it with plum jam and baked an additional 5 minutes. I didn't use the plums as we don't care for cooked plums. We eat alot of pork tenderloin, so I'm always looking for more recipes for it. This is a KEEPER for sure!!!"

Southwestern Chicken Layered Salad
"I didn't have an ranch or french salad dressing on hand, so I used a homemade version of Catalina dressing instead. It was very good and I'll be making it again and again."

Hearty Pizza Loaf
"This bread was so moist and delicous. The 2nd time I made it, I used colby-jack cheese as I didn have mozzarella cheese on hand. I put the batter into 6 mini loaves and baked it for 30 minutes. You can also make the batter into muffins and bake it for 27 minutes. With just 2 of us at home, it was easier to use the mini loaves or muffins and freeze the balance for future use or give as gifts. Thanks for this great recipe!!!!"

Sunny Lemon Bars
"This recipe was delicious and didn't last long. However, my son and daughter-in-law are diabetic - so I made it for them using Splenda for Baking in place of the sugar. There was no difference in texture nor taste. Thanks for this great recipe."
