"These were delicious! We doubled the batter as some had suggested and I am glad we did. Oh instead of fresh strawberries we used a frozen mixed berry blend. Carb counting pancakes then docking review points for a recipe you haven't tried..... wowza. Anyway, next time I would like to try a multi grain batter. Yummers! "

"SIMPLY DELICIOUS! The left overs (if you have any) make a great roast beef sandwich with caramelized onions or like other members suggestion and french onion soup! DELICIOUS! My husband said that this is the best roast I have ever made."

"I followed the directions and it made a wonderful salad full of flavor and texture. We used the Gouda cheese and it was scrumptious. The dressing was amazing. I used the ground ginger. There was enough for my family plus our friends family. They wanted the recipe too! Great salad, nice change from the ordinary! Will make this again, and again."

"I was extremely skeptical about this recipe using pasta with a mexican dish but it worked! It passed with flying colors. I made the recipe twice. The first time I used all 4 oz. of the jalapeno's and it was a bit spicy for us but still delicious. The second time I made it I only used 2 oz. and it was perfect. I made these for a family in our church and they loved them! I can't wait to make them a 3rd time!"

"This is the ONLY way to eat corn! I was sceptical at first but tried it out of curiosity. What a wonderful and unexpected treat. EASY TOO! I used fresh thyme, followed the directions and viola - delicious! It was such a huge hit that I have been asked for the recipe. Thank you Betty Crocker!"

"I had never heard or tired a brined turkey before so we decided to give it a try. This is now the only way I will cook a turkey. It was very moist and though i have had moist turkey before - I have not had moist leftovers UNTIL this time. Normally, I don't eat leftover turkey because it sucks all the moisture out of my mouth - it's so dry- this didn't. I love this recipe because I can now enjoy leftover turkey!"

"This was divine and super easy! My husband wouldnt put down his fork and my 4 year old licked the plate. My husband does not like mushrooms but everything was so delicious he ate those too! I didnt have canned mushrooms so I sauteed some fresh mushrooms. Yum! Since making this for our family I have taken some to neighbors and friends & it was a hit with them too! Thank you for a great EASY meal."

"Wahoooo. Easy & fast! I have a happy & satisfied family. My 4 year old loved it & my husband is not about to share the leftovers with anyone, ha ha. This recipe was great for the left over turkey that I had. I did subsitute 1/3rd c. mayo with a 1/3rd c. ranch. It really hit the spot. Normally my husband eats and at the end of the meal he utters a "thanks, that was good". With this easy recipe he keep saying how good it was between bites. Finally, a form of conversation at the table. Thanks Betty!"

"This was phenomenal! I am one of those who are "challenged" when it comes to cooking so when I saw how easy this was I wanted to try it. I am glad I did. I have never had real short cakes like this before and they were so delicious. I am hooked! These were easy, tasty & I could make it look like the picture! (Remember, I am not a skilled cook at all.) These were so FUN to make that I made some for 3 different neighbors. I cant wait to make them again. Thanks for putting a recipe out there that can make me feel like a great cook! Go Betty! Go Betty!"
