"One of the best meals I've made in a while! We served it over white rice. My kids decided to put theirs in a wrap. We love spicy foods and it IS spicy! Serve with lots of cold water! :)"

"This was really really good. I rarely give 5's...if there were a 4.5, that's what I would rate this one. lol I think I may have cooked my apples a little too long though because they turned to mush. lol Didn't hurt the taste though. The flavors in this dish are such an interesting and delightful blend."

"Very tasty! My whole family complimented it. I think pounding the chicken really made it tender. The only thing I didn't like is that when I flipped it mid-way through cooking, a lot of the coating came off in the pan. Not sure what to do to fix this...maybe a little extra cooking spray? Anyway, it still tasted great and we had NO leftovers."

"This was really good. I used assorted fingerling potatoes, and the different colors plus the carrots made a beautiful presentation. The chops turned out very tender and the veggies cooked perfectly. Everyone in my family loved it."
