"Yum yum yummy!!! I have tried a few of the enchilada receipts and by far this is my favorite!!!! Live the reduced fat and calories. I followed receipt exactly the cilantro gives But a great taste. My husband added some hot sauce to it to give a little more kick. Will make this often! "
