Italian Pancake Dunkers
"I have looked at this recipe several times in the past year and have wanted to make them. Today was the day. I had everything in my fridge. I wanted pancakes but I didn't want sweet ones. The only changes I made were to add extra cheese and pepperoni. The result was wonderful. My pancakes were bigger so there were only 20 instead of 40. My husband downed 4 before I finished my first! My kids all enjoyed them as well. We spread the pizza sauce on top as if it were syrup. I highly recommend this recipe for something fun and different!"

Orange Cream Cookies
"These cookies were pretty good. They smelled delicious, but that was because I doubled the amount of extracts so the taste would be more noticable. I am glad I did. There did seem to be an over-abundance of chips for the amount of dough."

Cheesy Italian Beef Bake
"I went to make lasagna last night and noticed I did not have ricotta cheese. So I hopped onto Betty Crocker because I was sure there would be some kind of recipe that would be close to how I make lasagna. I found this recipe and noticed two things in there that my husband hates: cream cheese and sour cream. I decided to take a chance. I just made a change in using mozzarella instead of parmesan and then neufchatel (because of the lesser fat content). My husband was fooled and even all three of my kids gobbled it up! My husband said it was a keeper and just said maybe next time to half the cream cheese and use half ricotta instead. I probably will."

Lemon Creme Bars
"These were excellent! My husbande even enjoyed him and he is more of a salt snacker than a sweet snacker. The filling, which I was afraid might be really sweet, was actually wonderful. The fat free sweetened condensed milk worked wonderfully. I didn't have a fresh lemon, so I used bottled lemon juice and lemon extract in place. I would use at least a teaspoon of the extract. My son and daughter enjoyed them as well. I recommend them highly."

Golden Pound Cake
"This was really good. I don't think I had ever had homemade pound cake before. The only bad thing about it was that the sides and the bottom got a little too dry for my liking."

Creamy Corn and Garlic Risotto
"I have never tried eating risotto before, let alone cooking it. It was very easy to make and the taste was really good next to barbequed chicken. I did add more garlic than what was called for and I only had dried parsley. This recipe is recommended."

Strawberry and Cream Cupcakes
"I made these when I had guests over for dinner. Everyone seemed to love them. I probably would have except they were a little too sweet and gave me heartburn (I'm pregnant currently, so anything sweet does). I liked the flavor the cake mix turned into and look forward to soon using Orange soda to make it like a 50/50 bar."

Green Chile Cornbread
"I guess I am used to regular corn bread. I always make mine with corn in it. The chilies did add a great taste and I will add those to my normal recipe. The density of this bread wasn''t quite right, which is part of the reason I didn''t like it as much."

German Chocolate Bars
"I made these the other day and after cooling them in the fridge I found that they were really hard to cut. After letting them sit out for awhile it was a lot easier. I took them to a church function and they were gone before I even got to taste one! Everyone said that they were terrific and I''m going to have to believe them."

Deviled Eggs
"These were really good although it seemed they were missing something. I put paprika on top and that helped a little, but still missing something."

"This looked and sounded absolutely delicious. However, although it tasted good, it wasn''t as great as I thought it would be."

Quick Pineapple Upside-Down Cake
"This reminded me of my grandmother. She would bake this often when I was a kid. When I saw the recipe I knew it was the same one she used. Thanks for still having this available. It tasted great, but the memories were even sweeter!"

Turkey Oven Sandwich
"My husband and I are not picky eaters but we didn''t really like this at all. The only part we liked was the crunchy pita shell. I will not be making this again."

Quick Chocolate Chip Cookies
"I had this recipe in my box for about two months before I finally tried it. They were extremely easy to make and very fast too. I took them to a church function and the three dozen that were made were gone in less than 5 minutes. The kids all loved them. I thought the taste was very good, however they are on the tad dry side. Next time I will use less bisquick."

Impossibly Easy Breakfast Bake (Crowd Size)
"This was really good and probably would have been better if my oven wasn''t broken (the top got burned a little). The taste was excellent. My only problem with it was that the bell peppers turned a little bit soggy in texture. We like them crisper. And, unlike many recipes made with eggs, this didn''t get rubbery when reheated. It actually tasted just as good."

Lumpy Pan Pizza
"This recipe was so simple to make and it took no time at all to prepare it. I used jumbo biscuts and probably will not again unless I use a bigger dish to bake it in because after baking it the max amount of time it was still a little gooey in the middle. However the taste was great and it was a fun alternative to a flat pan pizza. I recommend using the entire jar of sauce though. Next time I am going to use pineapple and ham as "toppings" just to give it a different taste. The possibilities are endless."

Chili Dog Wraps
"This was good and if you are looking for something different to make, this is it. I did put cheese inside each wrap up because my husband loves cheese. It turned out pretty good. He said it reminded him a little bit of enchiladas. I would make again this because it is a different use of hot dogs instead of just having them with macaroni and cheese."

Banana-Cinnamon Muffins
"This recipe is a keeper. I almost always have every ingredient on hand. The taste was good and they baked up perfect. They are just a tad on the dry side, nothing that a glass of juice or milk can''t fix."

Zucchini Bars with Browned Butter Frosting
"For some reason I couldn''t find the pan size this recipe called for so I used a 9" by 13" instead and it worked just fine. The timing was almost the same too. I opted to put nuts only on the top of the cake. I would suggest, if you use a regular cake pan, to only make half the frosting amount if you don''t want it too sweet. The flavor was great and we loved it."

Cajun Sausage and Rice
"I just made this for dinner. Not only was it quick and easy, but it was very delicious! I used a can of corn because I didn''t have frozen corn. As we were sitting there eating, we tried to figure out what it was missing. Then we put on salt and pepper (which I rarely do to foods) and it was perfect."
