"This was just ok....it was edible but basically tasteless. The coating stuck to the chop until you went to cut them for eating and then it came off in big chunks. There was absolutely no flavor. I really don't think I'd ever make this recipe again as it is written. It needs some major rethinking on the ingredients."

"This was really a great recipe to get nutritional elements into a meal.... I followed the recipe as is but decided to add some seasoning to the beef mix. I used Mrs. Dash's southwest seasoning just to give it a little extra kick. It was so delicious.... by changing ingredients, you could really vary the texture and taste. I think the next time, I may use a hotter salsa or use half spinach and half beans... maybe black beans too ! Either way, it was a totally yummy recipe that is definately going into my recipe box."

"These wings had no flavor whatsoever....I let them marinate in the honey-ketchup mixture for nearly 2 hours and it was a waste of ingredients. None of the flavor stayed with the chicken. I baked them exactly as directed and used the exact ingredients....just didn''t like them. So, rather than throw them away, I gooped them up with barbecue sauce and that saved our meal. I would not make these ever again."
