"Tasted great! I used whole wheat pasta, turkey bacon and added asparagus to the recipe, it was wonderful! Next time I will use fat free half and half to cut calories."

"I''ve made these with sausage several times, however we ran out and had to substitute ground chicken instead. They were awesome! Not as dry as when I used sausage. I use half of all of the ingredients and 1 pound of ground chicken. This also makes it a little healthier!"

"This is the first time I have made an Asian Chicken Salad. I always order them when I go out. I am glad to finally have a good recipe to make at home. I changed the dressing recipe a bit. I added more soy sauce and some garlic powder to add flavor. It tasted great after sitting in the fridge overnight."
