"Soooo light & creamy & cheesy! I didn't change a thing the 1st time around, altho I can see adding bacon bits or ham to this wonderful Impossible Pie. If you are using a darker, non-stick pie plate, you may want to consider lowering the oven temp 25° to keep from over browning the onions on top."

"I will probably never understand just exactly how these Impossible Pies work, but I''m SO thankful they do!!Turned out absolutely perfect! I used green onion & Cheddar rather than the Swiss since I''m saving that for the Impossible Salmon-Asparagus Pie. Cut up frozen bacon before frying, too. Thanks for another 5 star recipe!!"

"Nope.. just nope. If you want this type of taste, use the Impossible Chicken Pot Pie recipe instead.I found the topping dry & the chicken mixture a disappointment. Sorry Betty!"

"Another keeper!! Added cinnamon chips & also saved a step by putting the cinnamon-sugar on top before baking. There''s no such thing as too much cinnamon. When they all ask for the recipe, you know it''s another BC success!!"

"I found this to be one of those "fix it & forget it" recipes. Came out perfectly & since I''ve never cared for rice, couscous is a wonderful substitute! You can play with the flavors/spices in this as well as putting more than 2 in the crock pot.The leftovers (if you have any) will freeze, but you''ll lose the skin on outside of the peppers. Grren Pepper season is coming soon..... so add this one to your collection!!"

"This has GOT to be the most unbelievable blend of flavors I''ve ever done with a BC recipe! Not real fond of having to use a bowl, a saucepan, AND another dish for baking, but the results are well worth the extra mess. The 1st time I made this, I used a 1 & a half quart dish. Understandably, I had a boil over but I prepared for that. The next time I used a 2 & a half quart, which worked fine, but wasn''t as pretty since the biscuit didn''t reach the edges. This recipe has become a staple of this household!! Thank YOU!!"
