Gluten Free Impossibly Easy Coconut Pie
"This was one recipe that I made because I only had the coconut but it will not be the last, other than cooking it a little to long it was a big hit and there was none left, even the kids liked it I am getting to be a big fan of the Betty Crocker recipes as my name implies I am not on the list of good cooks but I may change that"

"Tealightful" Fruit Bowl
"If anyone can gooof up a recipe it is me but I made this today for a "Breakfast Tea" today and it was a big hit, easy to fix and , I also made a Coffee Cake and it was also easy to fix, I would have used blueberries but I knew that most of the members prefer the cherries. I give both of the recipes a 5 spoon rating, you an rest assured I will be back, we have some excellent cooks at our church and I want to be a food one anyway"

Cherry Swirl Coffee Cake
"I'm going to be a Betty Crocker fan and this was so easy, I made it for a "Breakfast Tea" for the women at our church and the next time I'm going to use my favorite filling though, blueberries, if they have blueberries in my opinion they have to be good but the red in the cherry is more attractive "
