"This was SO DECADENT! I used Pillsbury devils food cake (sorry betty crocker!) and just followed the boxes directions but went ahead and added the chocolate pudding mix and the vanilla as well. I could have eaten the batter alone! I made this into cupcakes instead of cake. The biggest plus I think though is that I used Sugar free pudding mix, Sugar free choco chips, Sugar Free chocolate icing and fat free cream cheese and it STILL tasted amazing. I agree with one review I read though that the fat free cream cheese makes that mixture runny. Highly reccommend this recipe!"

"I made these for my friends at work for Halloween and it was a huge hit! They are very decadent and moist. I used a cheap off-brand reduced calorie brownie mix from IGA that I've had great success with in the past. As far as knowing if I would have enough brownie mix for the top, i just eye balled it! I did spoon in the pumpkin mix and it really wasn't that difficult to spread it out the entire area of the pan. My one other difference in the recipe was that I used brown sugar instead of white. ( I didnt' have any on hand!) You wouldn't even know!"

"This recipe was great! My husband loved it and kept asking for more. I omitted the corn but added thin layers of fat free refried beans and, of course, extra cheese! This is definitely something I would make again and is very easy to assemble."
