"The guacamole in this was excellent. I brought it to work and it was a hit with everyone. It is hard getting all the liquid out of the canned tomatoes though, which makes the dip a bit "wet". "

"AMAZING!!! My husband literally bowed down to my feet after this meal (LITERALLY!) haha, felt like something from a resteraunt.. I will make this again and again. My store didnt sell garlic cream cheese so i used a chive and onion cream cheese and it came out delish! ENJOY! :) "

"These were by far the best enchiladas I have ever had! I would go a little easier on the green salsa than what the recipe recommends is all... kind of takes over from the rest of the dish. I also substituted spinach artichoke cream cheese...AMAZING "
