"Not THE most disgusting thing I've ever put in my mouth, but not at all even remotely close to the best. I am a pumpkin fiend and I thought this was disgusting. Even my husband who will eat almost anything turned up his nose after a taste of this one. If you are insistant on trying this one... proceed with caution."

"Family and friends loved it! Instead of cooking in nonstick pan i used an iron skillet so that might have affected it, but it realy wasn't that oily. Only complaint from hubby was that the sun-dried tomatoes were a bit salty, but that could have been the brand i used. Paired very well with the broccoli and pine nuts recipe from the site. Definately going to make again."

"OMG this was amazing!!! I did tweak it a little. I omitted the peppers, drizzled just a little EVOO over the veggies, and instead of paprika (yuck) I just had fun with some of my fave herbs. This is a recipe that you can totallt make your own!! Hubby loved it too!"
