Is it just me or did they change (double) the amounts on this tuna helper? I'm sitting here with a single-batch box of Tuna Helper Cheesy Pasta, Best By date of 23-Jul-2013 (OK so it won't be "best" - that's not the issue). It calls for 1 2/3 cups hot water, 2 cups milk, 1/4 cup margarine, 2 cans (5-oz) tuna, drained. Didn't it used to be ONE cup of milk and ONE can of tuna? I could be wrong on the milk but I can never remember having to use two cans of tuna for each box of Helper. I've been eating this stuff for years. Maybe it affected my mind...

Other than the fact that the end result is orange, there was not cheese flavor to this "cheesy"pasta. In fact, there was very little flavor provided by the "sauce". Any flavor was a result of the tuna, butter, milk added.

This is my favorite! My best suggestion is instead of using regular plain tuna get Starkist's garlic & herb flavored tuna. Put 3 packs in and you a dinner that EVERYONE will love. I also suggest letting it simmer a little longer to get that extra tuna taste. If not, it'll taste noodlely. This tuna helper taste like something that took hours to make.

My Family and I liked this. We added more noodles, more milk, and some vegetables to make it more healty. It tasted so good, I ate 3 servings of it. I actually thought it wasn't to runny even though I added more milk. In a way, I recomend you to eat it qatlho (that means "thanks" in Klingon)

I made the helper and love the flavor but it was way too runny even after I had let it sit awhile. Way too much liquid for the ammount of noodles.

The Tuna Helper Cheesy Pasta was totally disgusting. My husband and I couldn't eat it...it was nasty! A waste of two cans of tuna and the required milk to make it. We use Tuna and Hamburger Helper Products once or twice a month and typically enjoy them. Our favorite is the Tuna Helper Tetrazini but none of the stores in my area keep it on the shelves anymore. So I bought the Cheesy Pasta...yuck! I would give my right arm for a few boxes of Tuna Helper Tetrazini!

I love this product; it is the only Helper I will eat and the only way I can stand to eat tuna. My only complaint is that the sauce is a bit thin and needs to stand about 10 minutes before actually thickening (even though the box says 5).

I live in Southern California where I guess no one bakes their tuna helper as baking instructions were not on either of the boxes I bought!! Had to call my boyfriend in Spokane, Wa., where those instructions ARE still on the box. Dissappointing
