I love these as I make the Mini Chocolate Chunk Cherry cupcakes. If you have trouble finding them I went on Walmart and found a store that carried then and had them Ship to Store near me or Amazon carries it also. Good Luck

I love this mix! I use it as a base for my almond joy biscotti, and everyone loves it! The biggest problem I have is keeping my husband and daughter from eating it before I get it back to the oven for its second baking! I use many of the cookie mixes as a base for the biscotti, and have never been disappointed.

Followed recipe and added small amount of chopped walnuts. Used canola for oil. Used a jumbo egg. Cookies taste good but totally crumble apart after putting in a freezer bag and handling carefully. What's wrong? The standard chip cookie mix comes out perfect.

I would like to add some peanut butter to this mix. Would I need to not add the veg. oil if I add 1/2 cup peanut butter?

I prepared this mix according to package directions but substituted leftover brewed coffee for the water. Then I spread dough into a sprayed 8 inch cake pan and baked for 20 minutes at 375....makes one big delicious cookie cake that you can cut into wedges...so good and easy.

I needed a bunch of cookies for a bake sale and found a way to doctor these beautifully. I made them with butter instead of oil. I also added a half a cup of coconut, 1/4 cup snipped dried cherries, and a half a cup of white chocolate chips. Press a maraschino cherry half into the top before baking. Chocolate cherry bombs : ) People were begging me for the recipe. I love Betty's mixes. When I am in a rush they make it easy to prepare home baked treats. Thanks.
