Green Chile-Avocado Dip
large avocado, pitted, peeled and cubed
cup sour cream
can (4.5 oz) Old El Paso™ chopped green chiles
cup chopped fresh cilantro
clove garlic, finely chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Tortilla chips, as desired
In medium bowl, mash avocado with fork. Stir in sour cream, chiles, cilantro and garlic. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Serve dip with tortilla chips.
Dip is best the same day it is prepared, or the avocado will start to discolor.
For more heat, add some diced jalapeño chiles.
