1In 3-quart saucepan, heat 1 1/2 cups milk, the peas, carrots, chicken and soup to boiling.
2In medium bowl, stir Bisquick mix, 1/3 cup milk and the pepper just until moistened. Drop dough by 8 spoonfuls onto boiling chicken mixture; reduce heat to low.
3Cook uncovered 10 minutes. Cover and cook 10 minutes longer. To serve, sprinkle with parsley.
