Very nice. Smoothies have honestly changed the way I eat, live, and even sleep. If you're just starting out with smoothies, I recommend this smoothie guide for beginner's. It's ideal because it covers smoothie types, health benefits, blending techniques to create an awesome texture, ingredients, and much more, including over 100 great recipes (many of which I've tried and loved). It's called Smoothie Creations. Enjoy! www.amazon.com/dp/B00C7P4IDG#_

If you don't have frozen fruit, just add a few ice cubes to make it thicken up.
