Pretty girl but a little too bouncy. You should have a printable version of her commentary because it's very hard to hear her with my computer sound system.

This is a great idea. I also use muffin tins to freeze small or left over portions of other things such as cooked beans.I make guacamole when avacados are on sale and freeze it this was! Spray the muffin tin with cooking spray, freeze your portion, then pop out and put in a plastic bag. The larger muffin tins are great for larger portions.
