as usual, critical elements are left out such as previous person said. Just buy the brine mix at Williams-Sonoma, it has all the directions and is the best mix ever, little pricey though

How much salt was used? How much sugar was used? Does the turkey have to stay in a refrigerator for two days and who has a refrigerator big enough to put that huge pot in?

We love brined turkey. It's always moist and tender. I also add sage and thyme to the brining water.
