to see the written recipe click on the red link under the video that says, Spicy Chicken Tenders. all measurements are given in the written recipe. Please remember that when a recipe is submitted, we have to include the nutritional info ourselves. I will have to try this recipe this coming Sunday. Since we do not eat fried foods anymore, but love crispy chicken, this sounds ideal.

The sugar isn't what creates the crumb but the little bit of egg she adds to the flour. This creates a clumpier flour mixture for coating and makes it more craggy.

The recipe is above at get the recipe opens when you click on the red writing. Also the sugar is not included in the printed recipe directions but is included in the video as being added in the pie plate with the dry ingredients. The measurements are included in the printable recipe also. I have not tried it but usually read and review before I do. So thanks for all your comments being the old cook I am I will now try them, having a party on Sunday and hope they like them as appetizers!! Maybe the sugar is what creates the crustier look???

I really enjoy your recipes, however what I don't like is that you don't give nutritional information. On this recipe for instance, when you click on get the recipe, the nutritional information says: 1 serving....nothing else. I am on WW and I calculate my points on all my recipes. Betty Crocker recipes don't include the information for me to use them, therefore I can't use your recipes. I used to use them all the time before WW. I really think it would assist the public if you would include this information.
