“This is most useful for grilling shellfish, such as clams and mussels. I used the rack to make some grilled clams and it held them perfectly still. Next time, I would insert a bit of flavored butter, breadcrumbs or something of the like as the clams open up, to flavor them. The rack could also be used for vegetable dishes such as larger mushrooms and tomatoes.”

“I would recommend this rack to a friend who grills shellfish a lot. It could also be used for vegetable-based dishes like Stuffed Mini Sweet Peppers, or Lobster—Stuffed Mushrooms.”
