3 Amazing Egg Bakes

Posted By Inspired Taste
June 20, 2012

Whether you make these egg bakes for breakfast, brunch or dinner, you’ll love how easy and delicious they are!

You know what we love about egg bakes? They’re easy and crowd pleasing. Plus, you can make them your own with whatever ingredients you have on hand. Egg bakes always seem to be the first to go at buffets. We would put money on the fact that they are the most likely dish that someone will ask about and want the recipe for.

Here are three fab egg bakes, all with a bit of a twist. (We have to keep you on your toes!)

CheesyBiscuitCass

1. Cheesy Biscuit Casserole. You’ll need a can of buttermilk biscuits from Pillsbury®, creamy ricotta cheese, easy-melting Gruyere cheese and veggies. Everything gets mixed, thrown into a casserole dish and baked. It puffs up, absorbs all the cheesy goodness and has the most appetizing crust on top.

CauliflowerBaconEggBake

2. Cauliflower and Bacon Egg Bake. We’re certain that cauliflower and bacon were meant to be together. So, we added them to eggs, Bisquick® baking mix and, of course, cheese for a delectable casserole. It’s great alongside a fresh green salad.

KaleOliveEggBake

3. Kale and Olive Egg Bake. Last up, we have a simple, light dish of hearty kale leaves and briny olives. No need for cheese here. We wanted to keep it light and elegant. Give it a try for a girl’s get-together or bridal shower.

Take a crack at one of these easy, mouthwatering eggs bakes soon!
