I get a bit pumpkin-obsessed in the fall. So when I heard that Yoplait® had created a Pumpkin Pie flavored yogurt, I immediately thought of making cookie dip combing it with spices and low-fat cream cheese. This light and creamy dip would be a perfect treat to bring to a fall gathering. It’d also be a nice addition to a Thanksgiving dessert spread, especially when served with fresh green apple slices.
