Chicken Night Tips

Rotisserie Chicken or Deli-Fried Chicken

Heat up Green Giant frozen veggies, make your favorite Betty Crocker Potatoes and you’re good to go. Leftovers make an extra dinner when tossed with pasta, mixed up with casseroles, stuffed in pita bread or stirred into soups.

Oven-Fried or Baked Chicken

Just coat raw chicken with Bisquick mix (and any other seasonings you’d like) and bake about 30 minutes. Serve it with Green Giant Valley Fresh Steamers and Betty Crocker Au Gratin casserole potatoes.

Grilled Chicken

Try grilling for healthy dinner options. You can make any flavor from raspberry-glazed to taco-barbecue. All taste great with an easy and simple green salad.

Thank the powers that be for all the potatoes in a slow cooker recipes. I am also thankful for ALL the slow cooker recipes. I prefer to cook a lot of things in my slow cooker as I am elderly and this saves me a lot of labor time. Keep the slow cooker receipes coming please, we need lots of variety!!! Love ya Betty Crocker, Oogieboogie

Dear Patty,
Usually in a pinch, there all good, but I remember a dish my dad used to make w/ real potatoes and if you could come up with and eaiser version dry it would be heaven. Raw potatoes grated w/ salt & pepper in a cast iron skillet in the oven, the tricky part was flipping the potatoepie half way thru the cooking time. They always came out golden brown and crunchy on the outside and real soft and creamy in the center. Reminds me of days long gone.
thanks for the ear
lori
