My dad is just a huge fan of brats, fresh or smoked. Most of the time, we grill them, But there are times during the year when that just isn’t possible. There is no need to go without that wonderful smoky flavor just because you can’t fire up the BBQ. I brown brats in a frying pan on the stove, and they are terrific!
