The smell of fried food hangs in the air at any summer fair. And as you wander around, there are so many delicious treats to choose from. I am not ashamed to say that I always gravitate toward the cheese curds and fried pickles, but I can’t help notice that the booth for Scotch Eggs always has a line of people waiting to try these savory treats. I was curious as to what makes people flock to these eggs, so I decided to try to make them in my own kitchen.
Here are the stars of the show: hard-cooked eggs, ground sausage and panko bread crumbs.
