Created January 10, 2017
It's a breeze to make homemade bread with this quick and easy recipe.

I’ve got something amazing to share with you today—a super simple and wonderfully delicious way to make the tastiest, lightest beer bread. And you’ll never believe how simple the recipe is. It takes just the four ingredients: Bisquick®, sugar, butter and beer.

beer-1

To get this recipe started, heat your oven to 375° and butter a baking dish. (Set aside the rest of this half stick of butter to spread on the bread later on.)

beer-2

Place Bisquick® and sugar in a large bowl; pour in a 12 oz. bottle of beer.

This is going to create lots of bubbles. Just whisk until well incorporated and then pour into your baking dish.

beer-4

After 45 minutes of baking, or when the bread is golden brown, remove from the oven. Let cool 15 to 20 minutes before slicing and slathering with butter!

This bread is best served slightly warm, but it is also amazing toasted the next morning for breakfast.
