Yeast Bread Loaves, How to Shape
Although there are many ways to shape bread loaves, this is the favorite technique used in the Betty Crocker Kitchens.
1. Flatten dough with hands or rolling pin into 18X9-inch rectangle.
2. Tightly roll dough up toward you, beginning at a 9-inch side.
3. Pinch edge of dough into roll to seal.
