Citrus Twists, How to Make
Learn how to make a classic citrus twist garnish.
Often found in restaurants, this classic garnish is easily made at home. Cut a thin slice from both ends of fruit that has not been peeled. Then slice the fruit crosswise into the desired thickness. Cut a slit along one segment halfway thru and lightly twist along the slit in opposite directions for a full twist. Or cut rounds in half for half-twist slices.
