Learn how to make bread crumbs.

Dry Bread Crumbs: Place bread in a 200° oven until dry; cool. Place in a heavy plastic bag, and crush with rolling pin or mallet into very small pieces. Or blend in a blender or food processor to make fine bread crumbs.

Soft Bread Crumbs: Tear soft bread with fingers into small pieces.
