Peaches, Donut

Small peaches that are round, flat and drawn in at the center, making them resemble a donut shape. They have pale yellow skin tinted with a red blush. The juicy fruit is white with a sweet flavor. A descendant of Chinese flat peaches, doughnut peaches have been grown in North America since the 1800's.
