The largest of the cultivated regular white mushroom commonly found in the grocery store. Caps can be as large as 3 inches in diameter, making them easy to stuff with savory fillings.
Look for stuffing mushrooms that are all the same size so that the doneness is perfect for all if cooked.
How to Serve
When serving stuffed mushrooms that are very large, small plates with forks are preferred.
