Cactus Leaves
Cactus leaves, also called nopales, are the oval leaves of the prickly pear (nopal) cactus. These fleshy leaves have a subtle, tart flavor that tastes like fresh green beans. Canned cactus leaves that are pickled or packed in water are also available.
