Teapot
This pot with a handle, spout and lid is used for brewing tea with boiling water. It is available in a variety of shapes, sizes and materials. Some teapots include a central perforated container (infuser) or tea ball to hold loose tea.
How to Buy
Choose one of glass, china or earthenware. Look for a glazed inside and be sure the lid stays on securely while pouring. The handle should be easy to grip and the spout dripless when pouring.
