tablespoon red wine vinegar

teaspoon chopped fresh oregano leaves or 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
1/4
cup Dijon mustard
2
teaspoons chopped fresh oregano leaves

fully cooked mild Italian sausages (1 lb)

bratwurst buns, split

Directions

  • 1 In medium bowl, mix tomatoes, vinegar and 1 teaspoon oregano until well blended. In small bowl, mix mustard and 2 teaspoons oregano.
  • 2 In skillet, heat sausages as directed on package for pan heating.
  • 3 Spread mustard mixture on cut sides of buns. Serve sausages on buns with tomato mixture.
