Combine three key ingredients yogurt, cucumber and mint to create a dish that is cool and soothing to your lips and easy on your hips!
If you like, 1 cup shredded raw carrots (about 2 medium) can be substituted for the cucumber.
Serve this yogurt sauce with whole wheat pita (pocket) breads or assorted fresh vegetables. It's also a nice accompaniment to spicy curry dishes.
