White Sangria

Combine dry white wine, triple sec, fresh peaches and raspberries for a refreshing over-21 brunch drink.

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle (750 ml) Pinot Grigio, Vinho Verde or other dry white wine, nonalcoholic white wine or white grape juice, chilled (3 1/2 cups)
  • 1/2 cup triple sec or other orange-flavored liqueur
  • 1 medium fresh peach, sliced
  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
  • 2 cups ice cubes, if desired

Steps

    In half-gallon glass pitcher, add wine and liqueur; stir to blend. Add fruit to pitcher; stir gently. Serve immediately or refrigerate until serving time. Just before serving, stir ice cubes into pitcher. Pour into glasses to serve.

    Try Rosé instead of white wine for a pretty, pink hue. Prosecco is also incredibly festive.

    Use whatever fruit you have on hand! Strawberries or citrus slices are classic sangria additions.
