This sauce is sassy! It's perfect with beef and other meats.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 3 tablespoons grated fresh horseradish or prepared horseradish
  • 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1/2 cup whipping (heavy) cream

Steps

    In small bowl, stir all ingredients except whipping cream until well mixed; set aside.
  • 2
    In chilled small bowl, beat whipping cream with electric mixer on high speed until stiff. Carefully fold into sour cream mixture.
  • 3
    Store sauce covered in refrigerator.
