Vegetable Beef Soup

onion, chopped

-4 stalks celery, chopped

T olive oil

oz can diced tomatoes

oz can diced potatoes, drained

clove garlic, pressed

oz pkg frozen mixed vege's

cups beef broth

cup bow tie pasta(optional), uncooked

• 1 Place ground beef, onion, celery and oil in a dutch oven; brown well over medium heat. Drain; add remaining ingredients. Simmer over medium heat until vege's are tender, about 10 minutes.
