Ingredients

  • 2 slices bacon, cut in half
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 1/4 cup medium salsa
  • 4 flour tortillas (10 inches in diameter), heated
  • 4 large leaves romaine lettuce
  • 2 cups chopped cooked turkey

Steps

    Cook bacon in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat, turning occasionally, until crisp. Drain on paper towels.

    While bacon is cooking, mix mayonnaise and salsa.

    Top each warm tortilla with lettuce, turkey, mayonnaise mixture and bacon. Fold both sides of each tortilla toward center, overlapping slightly; secure each with 2 toothpicks. Cut each in half.
