Instead of making individual sandwiches, make one big loaf in 10 minutes!
package (12 oz) cheese or garlic focaccia bread (8 to 10 inch)
cups torn romaine lettuce
oz cooked turkey, cut into bite-size strips (2 cups)
cup creamy Caesar dressing
cup grated Parmesan cheese
teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
Cut focaccia bread in half horizontally; set aside. In large bowl, mix remaining ingredients.
Spoon turkey mixture evenly onto bottom half of bread. Cover with top half of bread. Cut into 6 wedges to serve.
Look for the garlic focaccia bread in the deli or bakery. Plain focaccia bread or a loaf of soft French bread can also be used for this sandwich.
